I feel for me in a rounded way that there are three categories going back to the innocents of what your ideals were and to relive them into your beliefs once more for your spiritual awakening, your life as today awakening who you are and what you want to be like and see preceved as and changes needed to become that, and this one i need most work on who you are and want to be. What makes you happy converting sadness into your true hearts desire lovng yourself becuse its ideal for present values to bloom an your future values how you go forward ib your life.i really feel more grounded through just listening my first time even.
